We just got back from a wonderful trip home. Lee was in Los Angeles for the X Games, so the Brinson girls headed south to Irvine for some fun with Grandma and Grandpa! 
When the games were over, Lee joined us for a few days of R & R. We spent lots of fun-filled time with Jon, Gina, and Maddie. Amelia and Maddie are fast becoming best buddies! Just before we left, Matt made it home in time for celebrating Maddie and Dad's birthdays.
As always, our trip was far too short! We're counting the days until Christmas when Santa will drop us off for another visit.

Aren't cousins wonderful????
I love the pictures of Amelia and Maddie! It's so great to know that they'll have such a great future as cousins/friends. Something about cousins lead to very special friendships. And iI'm not saying that just because they look so adorable!
Which of course explains why a cousin would call themselves "Cookie Cutter!" ...or does it?
Hmmm, I always thought it was the sticky syrup and the yellow jackets...
