Kemp Leadership Dinner 2013

The Kemp Leadership Award Dinner 2013 was a wonderful success - a testament to Jimmy's leadership and vision, standing firm on the support of Joanne, Jennifer, Judith, and Jeff, perpetuating and extending the legacy of Jack.

It was a refreshing reminder of what's important in policy debates - taking the long view, that ideas matter, listening to others, getting out of our comfort zone, trying to reach everyone with our ideas (not just those in our own party), and remembering that we're all children of one God.  Bravo, Kemp Foundation!

Here are a few photos from the event.  Sorry for the blurry ones.  It was dark and I don't always know how to adjust my camera...   Oh well...

It was a remarkable evening, with many invoking the same phrase of how much the country needs Jack Kemp right now.
The gift to Jeb Bush was an edition from Jack's library of the Federalist Papers published in the 1840's; truly a remarkable gift and testament to Jack's love of the founding fathers.
